Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty and Return/Refund Policy:
1. All our batteries have 10 years warranty. Please note that all warranty and after-sales support
enquires should be directed to Blue carbon service centre in Lagos or Abuja.
2. We warrant our products and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for ten years from the original ship date. During this period, we will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at our option, without charge to you.
3. After your order has been delivered, you can return it unopened and undamaged within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund less 30% restocking fee. Please be aware, we do not cover the cost of returns. Transportation for Return is the responsibility of the customer.
